Clinton Burt is a father of four daughters. He cherishes their time together, cooking and going on food adventures. When he’s not in his workshop working on projects, he enjoys biking logging roads and trails, foraging mushrooms in local forests, and paddleboarding with his amazing wife, Kara.
ATTICUS McCURDY
APPRENTICE CARPENTER
Atticus grew up on the side of a mountain in a house his parents built. He’s inquisitive, has an eagle eye, and is good with hands. Atticus has an artist’s heart. When not working, he enjoys forging, making silver jewelry, snowboarding and spending time with his family and friends.
Over the past decade, my wife and I poured our hearts into creating one of Bellingham’s finest spas: Kara’s Beauty Barn. Through this venture, I honed my building skills and helped bring her vision to life. After witnessing soaring housing prices and recognizing the struggle faced by my kids and many others in the housing market, I made a bold decision. I left my job and founded Sundog Studios—a company specializing in prefabricated and site-built accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
